Who Is FixerQuick?
FixerQuick was started by Mike in 2025! FixerQuick is a spin-off business from Mike’s main Real Estate Sales and Property Management business, Big Sky Equity llc. To help streamline operations, FixerQuick was split off to handle all of BSE’s client property needs not involving management or sales.
Mike has been managing property in Montana since 2007, starting off by doing odd jobs for property owners, then getting his property management license in 2009, and incorporating Big Sky Equity in 2016. Since that time Mike has grown a network of tradespeople and contractors in SW Montana which include every kind of property need. From excavation to finish work. From business marketing to drone inspections, FixerQuick is able to handle the job.

Our work process

After making contact, one of our team members will discuss the scope of work, and schedule a time for a site visit.

After we arrive on site, we further discuss the scope of work, and turn over every stone, developing a plan to tackle the job.

Mike will then begin planning and logistics to get the job done, while assembling the best crew to tackle the job. An appointment is set.

Deposit is paid. FixerQuick will arrive, commence work, staying in touch with the owner until the job is complete. 2nd payment due.

Owners inspect FixerQuick’s work, second payment for work rendered, punchlist complete if necessary, 3rd payment is made.
